Daily Procedures
We are implementing the following daily procedural precautions while COVID-19 remains a health concern:
Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures
Fully vaccinated individuals will drop off children in their child’s classroom.
When families arrive to pick up children, fully vaccinated individuals will pick up the child from the child’s classroom.
Unvaccinated individuals will drop off and pick up children in the front courtyard.
Parents will not be permitted to linger in the classrooms, hallways, or yards for longer than 5 minutes for either pick up or drop off to prevent crowding and to limit the number of individuals on campus at all times.
Children, staff, and individuals dropping off children will wash their hands upon arrival each day.
Classroom Procedures
Classroom materials will be cleaned with frequency
Outdoor spaces will be utilized to the fullest degree possible.
Children will nap 6 feet apart and alternating head to toe.
Parents of children orientating will be allowed to drop off or pick up inside the classroom, provided they have submitted to the Director proof of full vaccination.
Parents of children orientating will need to follow all COVID-19 procedures listed herein and will need to limit their drop off time to no longer than 5 minutes to prevent crowding.
