We are so glad you’re considering Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool Eagle Rock! We operate year-round and accept rolling admissions of children as spaces are made available. Our school year begins in August and we typically are able to enroll the highest number of children for August start dates. Enrollment offers for August are sent the January prior to families on the priority waitlist and any remaining spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please note that applications can take up to 30 days to process and that class openings depend on availability. Families must complete an in-person tour prior to joining the priority waitlist and enrollment is not guaranteed until an enrollment offer has been received by the parents/guardians. Reservation Applications and Reservation Fees submitted prior to touring the campus will not be accepted onto our priority waitlist until a campus tours has been completed.

School tours are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:00 PM and are booked for individual families. All tours are by appointment only at the discretion of the Director. We are unable to offer school tours during school hours for privacy and safety reasons.
We request that families bring their child(ren) on the tour to get a feel for the space and to help determine whether our program will be the right fit for each child and each family’s needs. If families are unable to bring their child(ren) on the tour, we will request a follow up tour be scheduled with the child(ren) present if and when a spot in the program becomes available and before receiving an offer of enrollment. Our goal is to ensure that our program will be reasonably able to meet all the needs of the child and family.
Following a school tour, families are eligible to join the priority waitlist. To join the priority waitlist, families begin the enrollment process and complete and submit the Reservation Application, linked below. The Reservation Application will be considered complete upon our receipt of the nonrefundable Reservation Fee of $250, which can be paid by clicking Payments on our menu bar or by clicking the link below. Families will receive a confirmation email once both the Reservation Application and Reservation Fee are received. The priority waitlist guarantees priority over general inquiries and the general interest waitlist when spaces become available.
The priority waitlist is managed on a first-come-first serve basis, however siblings of children already enrolled at Delaney Wright Eagle Rock receive top priority over the priority waitlist. We also seek to balance each classroom as best we can and there may be instances where a child of lower priority receives higher priority to meet that need.
Please note that any Reservation Applications and Reservation Fees submitted prior to touring will not guarantee a spot on the priority waitlist until a campus tour has been completed.
Re-enrollment for current DWER families occurs in the first three weeks of January, at which point we are able to determine the number of available spaces for the following school year. Enrollment offers for August and the start of the new school year are sent out in the mid-late January prior to families on the priority waitlist. We cannot guarantee a specific number of available spaces each year and we do our best to accommodate all of our families on the priority waitlist, but cannot guarantee availability at any time.
Upon receiving an offer of enrollment from the Director, families will be required to submit the Enrollment Fee, which is a one-time nonrefundable payment of $1000, will need to be paid to confirm enrollment and save the child’s spot in the class. Instructions for completing the Enrollment Fee will be included in the offer of enrollment. Upon receipt of the Enrollment Fee, the child will be considered enrolled and the Enrollment Packet containing paperwork that must be completed and returned to the office before the child’s start date will be emailed to the parents.
A month or so out from the child’s perspective start date, we will begin the process of setting up orientation dates, where the child will be able to visit in the classroom for an hour to an hour and a half before their first day. A copy of the child’s most recent immunization record must be submitted prior to orientation dates and the child’s first day in the program.
